We already have a Jesus of Lusternia. It's Elostian. Sarrasri pointed this out to me. I think she's got it right

Hai Mr. Holy Cathedral

It happens to be a personal ode to one of the most gorgeous buildings in existence. You try going here and not being impressed to the bare bone.
Lincoln Cathedral

Woah, that is awesome. Just the West Front puts other Cathedrals to shame. After comparing your Cathedral and the Lincoln Cathedral, I noticed you left out the coffee shop.
But I'm still impressed.
Elostian2007-06-16 19:26:39
Lacostian's temple sadly did not have enough rooms for me to be capable of including the coffee shop, perhaps once day if my order manages to scrape enough money together.
Unknown2007-06-16 19:28:41
Didn't you reduce the temple size by half.
Elostian2007-06-16 19:31:18
If you look at the map you'll notice the lincoln cathedral has a gargantuan library...

I'm going to have to agree aaand disagree with the whole "Its rude to ressurect people's characters and make them NPCs!" because I don't think its rude at all, so long as it is known to happen. If you spring it without precident (you can create precident by asking individuals if you can do it to their old chars) then its fine
For those of you who have played other sorts of muds, lots of "Guildmasters" are actually NPCs that are essentially tutors. Well, a few muds I played would actually take retired characters who had had big impacts in the world when they wanted to switch out NPC teachers. And it was awesome, in my opinion. Gives the world a lot more depth to fill it with names of the past rather than have the same NPCs constantly lingering about.

Yes Arel, but consider that He's going to make us write all those books. Or else.
Back to the topic: I can see Ayridion taking on an archon-like pet. Maybe a white jaguar with burning paws. Matches Him so well.

Yes....when I...think of Ayridion...I always think of...burning...paws.

My memory of Soll is of a guy who liked to do a lot of "guiness book things", such as burying himself in 300+ flowers, and buying 100 vials of bromides.
As a "pet", I could see a various collection of things that would change every so often, such as a pile of 32529 books, a mass of 329476 sparkleberries, a mound of 176382 cloaks, etc. That could be a tribute to his old character. We could call it a collection elemental.

(Not to mention I'm of the opinion that if you're too darn cheap not to spend 10 bucks to keep you character from suiciding (and support the game financially), you kinda deserve what happens to your character after death if the admin had an afterlife of sorts.)
10 Bucks is a different ammount of money to everyone. To me, and to you, its not a lot, but I disagree with calling people "too damn cheap" if they don't have 10 bucks to spare on video games.
Razenth2007-06-16 21:14:09
I think it should be a star thingie, a mote of cosmic energy that floats around Ayridion and says stuff and does stuff and hurts to look at because it's a star at close range.

I currently have ~450 flowers for sale in a shop for anybody who wants to break this record. Enjoy!
