Keep in mind that Gaudifax was sealed away with only three guilds, so the logical thing would be to release them with these three and possibly add the others later.

Is that stated anywhere? It could easily be the case that they just had more guilds than everyone else anyway, making it even on startup.

(along with Fain and Lisaera past relations smile.gif )

This was solved long ago.

Some one asked me to draw a picture of what fain and Lisaera's child would look like.

Yes I agree with that , they would need make major improvements within the city before being able to advance to bards and monks. Of course im ignoring the fact you just called it Gaudifax tongue.gif

Yes, I think it wouldn't be a good idea to bring it now. I dont think I want to feel being the only person in a guild because everyone's dispersed in other guilds. I quit Imperian because of it. Its not enjoyable to play when you're left all by yourself to lean things alone and with no one to talk to. smile.gif

Sorry Yrael that's just not going to happen , scum mag tongue.gif

QUOTE(Richter @ Jun 16 2007, 03:40 AM) 417865
I agree with this.

Also, I think that it'd be all kinds of fun if they were like super villages. They would have just been let out of being frozen, and the world has changed around them... They'd be susceptible to influence, perhaps (though, they'd naturally want to side with Celest).

No and no and no just no Richter, I doubt Gaudiguch or Hallifax would want to side with anyone atm.

EDIT: Don't triple post! Edit your first one. - Mods

It would make ALOT more sense if they were NPC cities at the time they came back. I mean, they were fighting a war when they left. What you expect them to go,"Hmm, who are all these strange new people. Hey guys! Wanna join Gaudifax!".

Most likely they'll continue stabbing each other.
Dysolis2007-06-18 13:42:08
sorry but this thread needs to die. You can talk about Gaudiguch and Hallifax all you like but it will never be released until The Eternal decides it , and with that kill this thread please.
Sylphas2007-06-18 17:39:49
Why does it seem like you're just saying that because if they release as NPCs, you and a bunch of others will be really pissed? tongue.gif
Kaervas2007-06-18 20:06:30
I never realized Dysolis was the master of all things Gaudiguch, he's even claiming to know what they'd all think now. tongue.gif

Now that I think about it wouldn't Gaudiguch be more likely to start with monks over warriors or something seeing as the dracnari in Dairuchi are all monks I think.

Except that Wyvern Riders are a decently large part of Gaudi history. Though, I suppose they could be monks rather than warriors.. if they somehow taught their mounts to perform martial arts tongue.gif

I didn't even think about the population density thing, yeah that would suck hard being the only person in your guild. ok, perhaps if lusternia grows exponentially, then unfreeze them.
Dysolis2007-06-19 15:18:32
someone just end this thread, there is like 80 other threads and we don't need 81.
Verithrax2007-06-19 17:12:35
Why? We always need a Gaudifax thread anyway, might as well keep it alive to dissuade people from making more.
Jitwix2007-06-19 21:06:27
Ackleberry anyone? Anyone? No-one? Oh, ok.

you don't exist therefore your comment isn't valid.
Unknown2007-06-20 06:50:36
...Oddly enough, Verithrax does exist. I and several others generally speak to him on a daily basis. And unless someone has managed to clone his intelligence and persona supremely, I'm pretty sure that he does exist.

The (already flawed) reasoning for your statement does not exist, therefore your comment isn't valid. (Using proper capitalisation is your friend, Dysolis.)

Also, you seem to have changed your tune rather quickly from "I know what's best for Gaudiguch and I'm going to make irrational arguments to support it." to "Curses, my plot has been foiled, now I'm going to lobby to close this thread." It also seems like you didn't realise how obvious it was that you had done this. Odd.

News of my total ontological failure seem to be taking their sweet time to reach me.
Elostian2007-06-20 07:59:33
Original topic lost.

If you want a thread to make yourselves feel better than others (either with or without propercapitalization) please do so in idiots.
