Forgive me if this seems slightly random.
I was chatting to my friend on how internet games always had different word for kills such as fragged, liquidated etc. Then we hit upon agglutinated. That would be a quality attack/insta-kill in Lusternia.
(For those who don't know agglutination is the clotting of the blood). So the attack would be extensive blood clotting, cutting off blood to the body.
It could: (not all of these, just ideas)
1. A new instakill
2. A simple damage attack
3 Cause tiredness or sluggishness, weakness etc.
4. Blackouts - lack of oxygen etc.
I think it might work well as a poison or a bardic song effect?
I haven't really considered its actual RP justification, Skill balence and all that jazz at the moment.
Comments?

...that's interesting.
Make it a bit stronger, but make it so that the target doesn't bleed at all. A double-edged sword, if you please.
Such as, it's an affliction that take 5 hits, each progressing a stage. At each stage, it does less damage to the target, but a worse effect. So, at stage one it does say 1000, stage 2 it does 600 but gives you a bodily affliction (weakness, to use your example). At 3, you gain sleep levels a *lot* quicker, 4 you blackout, and 5 after X seconds you die.
Give it to the bleeding-inducing classes (warriors and harbingers come to mind).

Sounds cool. I wouldn't mind having a high level skill that I could actually use besides Sweep and Amputate.
