I was wondering what sort of configuration most people use when playing. I usually use lucidia console because it's so neat and "straight". What do you use? ohmy.gif Post screenpics of yer set up.

I've played around, but I tend to stick with Courier New, the default "fixed font".

When I get a new computer later this year I might try consolas, a new Clear-Type optimized font for Vista/Office 2007.
Verithrax2007-06-26 00:19:25
XP has Clear Type... don't it?

Anyway, I prefer Courier.

I tape two, small cardboard tubes to my eye sockets to help filter out the combat spam.

I also play on my Internet-enabled toaster. The fonts are on the smallish side, but you know all those times you play Lusternia and think, "Man, I wish I had a Pop Tart?"

Well, I have a Pop Tart.

I use Monaco font, it's a lot more softer looking =D

Tinyfugue on Mac OS X. I love it, especially with the changing wallpapers. /end mac ad

You play on your mac?

I wish I were able to code and do the same, I could be on so much more.

XP has clear-type, but until Consolas there wasn't an optimized ClearType font that was fixed width. They designed several new fonts for Office 2007 and/or Vista that were specifically designed to take advantage of that. I just know because I use Consolas on my work PC for my text-editors and Visual Studio and it works great.

Coding what? I have nothing to code so perhaps that's why, heheh. But then again I'm missing out on like 75% of all the other neat things Macs are supposed to be used for x_x

OMG that's beautiful! I'd be tempted to just say to hell with coding if I could have Lusternia look like that. wub.gif

More people should post screenies!

Yaaarrrgh!

(Disclaimer: My set-up is actually very boring. tongue.gif )

Edit:Fixed my misstake, however it is still showing up in 800x600 instead of 1024x768, dunno why.
Unknown2007-06-26 01:45:11
Yeah... dry.gif

Nice, you have a list of your active afflictions. drool.gif

It's an ubermodified version of either Thorgal's or Ciaran's...I think.

Either way, I get no updates, so life's a bitch. :P

EDIT: I must have been on drugs when I wrote this. Edited for grammar.
Verithrax2007-06-26 02:00:07
You can get the consolas font straight from Microsoft's website.

Here's how I see Lusternia... the default way. haven't figured out how to change the font in mushclient yet. Though I'm sure it's exceptionally easy.

This is on my laptop, my Desktop is exactly the same except in 1024x768 resolution.

((EDIT: Picture has been removed from this post, and my second post to free up attatchment space))

I used to use the same font and everything on TF.

I installed vista on my macbook though so it just uses the default font for that.

your wallpaper is too loli

It isn't as dark as it looks, but the font and stuff is really harsh and kinda makes my eyes hurt on occasion. How do you make yours so soft and pretty, Wuylinfe? sad.gif

(Ignore the subtle accusations mentioned in the image, as true as they are. Thanks.)

Psh, logging in to Achaea. For shame.
