Subj: Design Sketches and Cartel Members
Whoops! We forgot to mention 2 other things:
- CARTEL will now accurately reflect the online cartel members.
- All Trademasters can view design sketches, so that those Trademasters
of private cartels may accurately request and submit designs.
Previously, you could only view designs of the tradeskill you had, but
could request and submit sketches for any tradeskill (provided you were
Trademasters of the appropriate cartel).

Bah, that was the reason I resigned as TM of Stagleaf, because I couldn't see Bookbinding designs as an Alchemist, and it made it too damn hard after a few weeks to keep asking people for the lists.
