I abhor coffee. I like espresso (not really like, but I can drink). Dunkin' Donuts mocha iced latte kills me with love.

I tried cutting back my caffeine intake, and after about a week of Mug's root bear (it's the only soda that tastes like heaven, but has no caffeine), I was getting cravings for mountain dew. I'm not drinking as much caffeine as I used to drink, but I'm not near where I wanted to be.

On water: my well has a high sulfur content (go go Florida aquifers). It's not bad chilled, but I'm a slave to Zephyrhills bottled water. It's the only water that I can drink, because it has no minerals, or at least none that I can taste. Aquafina and Dasani blow.

Why people even try drinking water, I'll never know.

Drinking only water for a bit is also a good way to diet, simply because you soon seperate "I'm thirsty" and "I want a flavored drink." I haven't cut soda/coffee/beer/juice out of my diet, but I only drink them when I actually want the flavor, and not just when I want I drink or feel thirsty.
