I personally have five of these razor-claws, heh. Rolle, Silver, Minnie, Melkor and Simbelmyne. The last two were stray cats from the street and my friend insisted on the Tolkien'ish names.

Also, I would one day like to name a cat Loki. Loki, the Norwegian trickster-Lord with a rather mischievous aspect.

Is it a he or she? There are a lot of names meaning raven or crow. Fránn, icelandish, means crow. Brenna, Morrigan, Cronus, Bran, Fiachra, Fiachna, Fechín... All mean raven or crow. Would sound foolish, though, calling out "Fiar...Fi---ach--no, that wasn't it.." In finnish raven is korppi and crow is varis. Not very pretty. Mew.

Or... call it Elmo, the Razorclaw. *wub*

I had a puppy for bout a year that i never bothered to name. I'd always just point, whistle, and yell c'mere. Seemed to work pretty good.

Patchouli was the name of Estarra's recently-deceased cat.

And I've always wanted to get a pair of cats and name them Pins and Needles. But that doesn't really work with just the one.

Also, if it's sleepy, you could name it Kerrigor (A cookie to those that get the reference)

You could call it Spazz thats what I named my psycho kitten I had, it hated everyone but me. I loved that little bundle of murderous rage.

I always liked middle-eastern ish names for my cats. Like, Na'da, or Faris, or Jemillah.

Well, I've adopted a grown grey cat named Winston. I'm tempted to change his name to Ash and name the kitten Soot. Or maybe leave Winston's name the same, name the kitten Harry and get them both fancy diamond collars!
