General Rules (shamelessly stolen)

1. Votes and unvotes must be in bold, eg. vote: anthrax.
2. You must remember to unvote: jesus, for example, before casting a new vote.
3. Once a player has a majority of votes they well be lynched. You are, however, able to vote: no lynch.
4. The game may not be discussed outside the thread unless your role specifies otherwise. Even then you may only discuss during the time specified (Night, Day, both, etc).
5. Do not edit or delete posts. Make multiple posts if you have more to add.
6. Do not quote the moderator or my PMs. I'm not a part of the game and will post only to keep the game moving.
7. Lurking is not a viable tactic. Be active or be replaced.
8. Deadlines will be made at my discretion. You will have warning of any impending deadline.
9. Refer to the MafiaWiki for possible rules, roles and variations that I may or may not have possibly not used.
10. If you do not post within a given time limit (my discretion, likely 2 days) you will be prodded, if you don't respond to the prod and I see you have been active on the boards you will be modkilled

The sky brightens slightly, the dark clouds still hanging there. You each make your way from your homes to learn that last night ten people were massacred in the ancient Cathedral just outside of town. One by one you enter, each with your own reasoning.

The almost sinister laugh of a crazed villager precedes the slamming of the massive doors, one of you races towards them just in time to hear them lock. You look at the others, the suspicion and fear you have all carried since these murders began suddenly heightened.

Quickly, you stake out your own place in the complex preparing to defend yourself from these maniacs.

The whole point of the random voting is to generate enough activity that someone slips up and does something. Otherwise, nothing happens, no one has anything to go off of, and the game stagnates. Of course, as long as you keep talking it doesn't matter if you're voting, but the random votes and bandwagoning force people to talk.

Except I'm the only one who has actually said anything.
