Well, (mainstream) Hollywood wouldn't be making that sort of stuff... you can 34 Clash of the Titans - I'm sure it's been done already. I just refuse to watch something that they're peddling as a "legitimate" movie and dare to say it's better than the original.

Sadly, we don't. Mum drives about an hour and a half to get there when she's visiting friends near it.
Hence why I only get delicious food from them rarely. Though it is only an hour away for me...hrmmm

The best parts of Clash of the Titans:
1. The kraken special effects, and special effects in general.
2. Perceus was cute in a sort of 'I'm such a man-hero that I have no abstract depth of thought in my head' way.
3. The Arabian-culture-esque djinn blew himself up in Medusa's face. My friend and I busted our ass laughing about that for all the wrong reasons.

... I still don't get why the djinn had to explode in Medusa's face, her mojo didn't work! He could've just wriggled, or something. I liked him...
And what I found amusing was:
When the ogre thing ripped the guy in half, and when the pretty girl, whose name I still do not know, whipped the scorpion's tail off and managed to luckily dodge everything it poked at her in that narrow archway.
Edit: And the Kraken took forever to turn into stone.
Plus the Pegasi couldn't have existed with Medusa still alive! The first one sprung out of the blood form her spilled head. There were lots of Greek Mythological facts out of place... and like how Andromeda was the main reason he went on the quest. Last I remember, he just passed by and saw her thar...

The chick was Io. I was sad when she died. :< I figured Perceus would go on to marry/do Andromeda, having never read much of the backstory to this, but wooo she got resurrected! The scorpion fight was pretty cool in general. Sucks how the ogre just randomly shanked Io, though.
But daaaaaamn the kraken portrayal was awesome. Shame it didn't have more scenes in general.

Unfortunately, if you've seen the trailer, you've already seen about half of his screen time.
Then again, if you've seen the trailer, you've already seen about half of the parts of the movie you'll remember an hour after leaving the theater, so I suppose that's fair.
