My cat is back to normal! Which means he won't stand still, other than to bother me at the toilet.

I sat down at the piano this evening and figured out how to play the Tristram theme song (Diablo) and the fairy song (Legend of Zelda) from memory and by ear.

I could have looked up the sheet music online, I suppose, but that wouldn't have been nearly as much fun.

I'm working on the Super Mario theme song currently, but it's a lot more difficult than you'd think.

Yeah, I've got most of the notes and chords figured out, exactly as you hear them in that video. The challenge now is to perfect the timing and be able to do it from memory, without sheet music.

I'm gonna do it! Someday soon....

EDIT: Dunno about blindfolded, though, or ten minutes' worth of every nuance of the entire theme. I'll probably get maybe two minutes' worth done of the main theme.
