Now get that green crap off the plate, add another steak topped with mashed potatoes, and you've got a meal!

It's actually asparagus cooked in olive oil, and it's delicious. Potatoes aren't paleo so I try to avoid those, but I occasionally put a little in stews. I'm planning a chicken stew later this week, will post a picture of it if it turns out ok.

Rave for having the best roommates in the world, a clean dorm, videogames, and a great school schedule. 2011 is going to kick so much I cannot wait.

Pretty much the same for my place, makes a world of difference.

I didn't plan it this way, but my schedule for this semester puts me in class while Llesvelt is sleeping, so I don't have to worry about scheduling time to RP with him. Very nice.

It would be really weird if you planned it that way!
As for Sylandra's rave, I can only assume a 'great school schedule' is one that doesn't interfere with her staying up waaay too late.

Like moving to a different time zone to be a more effective raider?
There was that time I refused to switch shifts with my coworker because I was planning to help Nihmriel with her play recording. Generally I try not to orchestrate my life around Lusternia. It just happens to be one of few alternative hobbies.

A rave for some awesome friends. I suppose I should technically be mad, since they completely ignored my wishes, but when the end result of that is receiving the complete collection of Sherlock Holmes in a leather bound book, it's hard to stay annoyed.

Only one morning class, baby. I don't start until 4pm tomorrow!
And it's not like I've labeled 4am-6am the Elostian hours or anything. That'd be perfectly silly.

Truth be told, I'm not sure if this should go here or not. However, I've just manged to finish reading more or less a very good guide on understanding Donnie Darko. Even though my brain hurts a helluva lot more now, the movie makes even more sense to me. I also don't know why but I feel like a better person for finally having a more or less complete understanding of the movie.

Minor rave for finally finishing the Ravenor trilogy by Dan Abnett, set in the Warhammer 40k universe. Was an enjoyable read - which will now be supplanted by school related materials.

I've been wanting to read some of the Warhammer/Warhammer 40k books, any suggestions for where I should start? I've never played the table top, I've only played some of Age of Reckoning and Dawn of War II.

Rave for Casilu's hilarious group discussions on Pokemon. Oh man.

Scaring housemates after they've just scared you is wonderful, especially when you tell them you're going to get back at them and they don't believe you, also better when it's no more than two minutes later.
Also, may have the ability to sign on again soon, hopefully.
