We should do a New York meet 
(I say NY because there aren't many in Ontario to begin with, and NY would be more interesting and closer to more of you guys). Toronto's like a quieter, smaller, more tame version of NY anyway.

I cut it into thin strips and sauteed them with Thai chili sauce and soy sauce, and served it with a jalapeno lime jicama slaw. Every skeptic at the table was won over.

Philadelphia would be much more convenient! (And I have almost guaranteed crash space there).
