YAY I'm starting to feel better!

That's the coolest thing I've heard all day! And you're the coolest for telling me about it!

I always wait till nearly the last minute to do my taxes cause I almost always wind up owing money. Usually wind up filing for extension once I figure up how much I owe and all too.

But NOT. THIS. YEAR!!!!!!




I'm actually getting money back!!

I never get money back because of all the money my wife and I make that doesn't have taxes taken out by our employers. We save more than we need for taxes, though, so it's like a pseudo-refund. I find out Sunday night from our tax guy how much we owe, and then I can finally go out and buy all new appliances for the kitchen with what's left (I really, really hope)!

Grandparents are gone until the 21st at the earliest, and I finally found a movie I'd been looking for.

Too bad it's only a rental.

Hearing thunder for the first time this year, and it raining a lot. Now I wait for a real thunderstorm.

This sounds as though you're renting porno movies because you're unsupervised.

No, no. Not porno. No desire for that. I get yelled at when I spend money or spend 'too' much time with friends or 'too' much time on the computer. I avoid all of this in the next week and a half.

Our employer computes and pays the taxes for us.

And our company's HR for starting a huuuuge huuge badminton tournament. They advertised it, prepared everything, had a court made for the tournament... The problem? Nobody seems to be interested in it. This morning, 2 weeks before the competition they sent an email to every employee for free badminton lessons.

Made a small dream come true. Finally bought the phone I wanted so badly ever since I read the pre-realease info.
So now I'm a proud owner of Nokia N82. A bit disappointed it can't cook dinner for me but, meh, it still has wifi, 3G, gps, 5MP camera with Xenon flash and Carl Zeiss lens and a ton more of function (some of which I will never use, I know).

Can't wait till it finishes it's first, 16h food intake cycle so I can stuff it full with even more applications. One of the first on the list is Fring. Skype, MSN, gTalk and all goodies right on the phone, anywhere with a wifi access point. Best of all, signing up for a VoIP service and call everywhere for pretty much no money at all! Pretty much all the world from $0.0402 to $0.1709 per minute! How ridiculos is that?!

Ah, so excited But yeah, I guess it's just me.
Anyway, couldn't resist from raving, carry on!

My friend at work has this stuffed monkey that she plays with and dresses like a baby complete with a diaper and a onsie. When she left work I took it and put it in her locker ( for some reason she never uses her locker) and I wrote a note from child protective services saying that we had to take the monkey away as it was being left alone and neglected at her place of employment. I took pictures of the monkey after I had put felt tears and felt bruises on it. I included the pictures with the letter saying that child protective services was going to file criminal charges. I left the letter sealed in an envelope and left it on her desk.


Well.. she took it rather badly. Paged me overhead saying I had 59 minutes to return the monkey, and quote. "Paybacks are a bitch"

She is kind of a really violent person and now I am rather afraid, still it was worth it.
