Was it really implied they were intimate? It was pretty obvious Aziraphale was gay(that above description was one of my favorite parts in the book) but I thought they were more like drinking buddies...

They're pretty close for drinking buddies, though. If they're not lovers, they're in a romantic friendship - and either way, they've inspired legions of slash-fiction. Though that's not always the best barometer for a character's sexuality...

EDIT: Though (as in many depictions of angels/demons) I'm pretty sure they're either hermaphrodites or asexual anyway, rendering the whole "sexuality" business less of a big deal.

Deathly Hallows part 2: it's pretty good! Alan Rickman finally gets some time to shine and do his thang, and it's really worth the wait. Voldemort's way too fond of going tongue.gif at every available opportunity, though.

EDIT: Also Tom Felton's beard in the ending oh my what.
