A week early, but in a week, I get to make $180. I like this.

I lost an important piece of id, or so I thought, cause I just found it! No going through the hassle of replacing it for me!

I got a great phone call this week. Before I left the U.S in the beginning of 2009, I worked for the campus testing center at Dixie State College. It was a good part time job where I put in 20 hours a week at $8 an hour and got to sit at a desk and surf Facebook and what have you. I basically babysat my fellow college students while they took their tests. Well, when I got back stateside in March, I went and asked them if they had any job openings for the Fall semester. They took my name and # on a post-it and filed it away. I figured it was just a polite gesture and that I would probably be forgotten about within 5 minutes. Well, fast forward a few months to this Wednesday and they called me and offered me my old job back!

I don't know if the wage has stayed at $8. It'll be a pay downgrade from my current job, but it's still a nicer job to work at.

Also, I just saw the trailer for Dark Knight Rises today. I'm pretty excited for it to come out, but at the same time a little irritated that the mean bastards would put out this teaser ONE YEAR before the movie comes out.......... It's like dangling fried chicken in front of Rosie O'Donnell.

Should get that one lady at work to move to the new job with you.

Besides, she's not college material anyhow(I'm moving out of my small(population 3000) hometown to go back to college).

Pride Parade was yesterday. Decent turnout. Always amusing to see my high school friends in drag. (and I, in no way, mean this to be insulting. They were doing it to make a statement.)

Yeah, I only applied to 7 places. Happy I got at least one interested in the first round. We'll see how it goes, though.

Speaking of which, I got a job at a pub yesterday. woooo alcohol
