I have a guinea pig!!

Kelly the IT guy found him where the little fella had wandered into his garrage and after putting up signs around the nighborhood asking if anyone'd lost a guinea pig, he asked if anyone at work wanted one. I decided to adopt him cause I've been wanting a little pet.

He's just the cutest thing alive. If he were any cuter, he'd spontaneously combust! He's mostly white with a big brown blotch on his fat little butt and around one eye and he's got the cutest cow-licks in his hair! And floppy ears!

Kelly's girlfriend had been calling him Lucky and Kelly had been calling him Pigrabbit (cause he says the guinea pig looks like a pig and a rabbit had a baby! ). I've decided to call him Squeakers (cause of the adorable little squeaking noises he makes when he thinks he's about to get fed) but his full name is gonna be Squeakers the Lucky Pigrabbit.

Guinea pig. But I don't think so... odd maybe. One of the funniest mental images I've ever had - still makes me giggle when it randomly pops into my head - is the idea of a rabid chipmunk trying to chase someone down to bite them like a little teeny weeny Cujo. If I saw that, I might be too busy laughing to try to escape and then I'd have to get the shots.

I have a cool teacher who wants to make the classroom more tech oriented (it's a text book class, Family studies) by bringing in cell phones (for note taking) and laptops if he can find the resources. Because of this, and his desire to show us more of the 'Internet Relationship', we get to watch The Guild in class tomorrow. Yay.

Finishing final exams

Always a plus, most of my friends are back because of this.

Because the Raves thread seems to lack the nourishment the Rants thread gets..

Working in a customer service call centre sucks. Especially since it's the only billing agent for utility supplies in Singapore, so the customer base is basically the entire population.. Barely have enough energy to do much after work (sorry, BT ) .

But yay for only needing to survive till the end of the month!

Also, a less conditional rave - yay for university offers!

Woo for starting a band.

Another woo because it's finally sunny. After eight months of utter desolation, finally the sun, she shines!
