Rave: The guys at my local music store for helping me find a rare B-52's vinyl for my Mother's Day gift

Spending 5 1/2 hour helping my grandparents shaping up their house always puts me in a great mood.

And getting a job. That's awesome too.

Just woke up... look at the time... and remember what day it is, and it's a special day... for 20 years ago, someone was born and I was that someone.

Good bye to my teenage years, hello twenties.

to my friends here, thanks for being there with me and to my enemies ICly... let's just hope it just stays there and doesn't go OOCly.

I picked up The Sandman: Endless Nights today on a whim, and I am so glad I did. Absolutely amazing set of short comics.

ACen was interesting this year.

There was a Richard Cosplayer from Looking for Group.

Wii Fit tomorrow. Woohoo!

I can't wait to see what they do with the balance board in the near future.

My cheek swab samples made it to the lab in Canada! Within the next 12 weeks I'll be finding out some of my ancestry! Yay!

I loved that comic, the parts I read at least.

I've been really sad about not having enough money to buy books on C++.

Then I went to the Math Office today with a girl I know, because she didn't know the way there (she's a freshman). I saw C++ textbooks. The head of the Math Department saw me looking at them.

"The janitor's coming later to throw them out. We ordered them on accident, nonrefundable. Take as many as you like."

Yay free textbooks!

Rave: Having a really fantastic day at the Renaissance Festival. The highlight of the day was my sweetie volunteering for abuse from the Washing Well Wenches to get a flower for me.

A ) I love the Well Wenches! They're incredible at any Ren Faire I've been to!
B ) Your 'from:' thing is awesome. The Dresden Dolls rock.

I got a 8 week old Black Lab puppy.

It was Spaz until my family decided on Abby.

She's really cute and likes to gnaw on things.

Finally, finally, getting my package approved to go to EOD school for the Navy. Such a huge relief after two very long years.

all the crazies who keep sending me mail at my xxxblackbook account I made (just to check on someone I knew there), I had no clue there were that many chicks that just wanted random sex within a 60 mile radius. I should probably put up a pic there of Bill Cosby or something.

The Western Conference Finals

AWESOME performance from the Lakers and Spurs. Kobe starting to play, just a little bit, like Michael Jordan. His performance in the fourth quarter was amazing.

It rained today, so we (my fiance and I) didn't get me clothing.

But I like rain a lot. And we went puddle jumping instead.

Then I got sick and my lips turned blue, and he made me hot cocoa.
