I'm finishing my last exam today, I only have to type it up really though I haven't finished one question. I move today, going back home with a three year BA. Oh my god it's finally almost over.

Tomorrow is my last day at this horrible job!!!! My new department is so excited to have me. :)

One always needs two monitors.

I need a second monitor. And a larger monitor to replace this one. :<

Jeez, you people. I hardly have room on my desk for one normally-sized monitor, having two would probably require me to...have a bigger house where there's room for a not-tiny desk? :P

Two monitors are better than one monitor of the same cumulative size because you can more easily put a pair of windows side-by-side for the many things where having two full-sized windows at once is handy.

I'm of the opinion that if you have a monitor that large, you need a smaller one off to the side. Two monitors is the bare minimum for operation, but one should have three when possible.

Doing that with Windows, does of course require a bit of finaegling.

I'm glad my laptop has an HDMI output. I plug it into our 40" HDTV all the time :D

HDMI is pretty awesome for the fact that I only need one cable for both video and audio (monitor has speakers).

It's a bit dodgy software-wise though, routing audio through the video card... I guess that's a bit of a limitation of the current PC components setup.

The Psychobilly Lexus lives to die another year. It managed to pass inspection(I thought the brakes were going to stop it(pun intended) from passing), and I got to try out Utah's fancy online renewal system. Much better than dealing with the cranky, moronic imbeciles at the DMV.
