Not a criminal, just helping test them for work. They're still a bit annoying. One type bruised my ankle when I walked.

Recently got into actually using tumblr, and decided to look through Lusternia tags. It took me a little while to realize there was only about 10 posts and that tumblr starts looping through. I think it was about the third time reading somebody going from level 6 to 51 on the Wheel of Tzaraziko when I realized what was going on. xD

I'm rather happy with my new job. :)

In three hours I will be sitting in a theater with my boy waiting eagerly for Dream Theater to come out on stage. Going to be the longest three hours ever. D:

I'm enjoying my time on vacation, but am also happy that it's nearly time for me to be home again. Home is where my Lusternia computer is! And my cats. I miss my cats.

In unrelated news. Meet the Pyro is everything I had imagined it could be. Plus an acid trip.

Doctor changed my medication a few days ago. I feel much better and was actually able to do "normal" things today. I am pleased.

I have a job interview on Tues., terribly excited/nervous.

Incidentally, when nervous I seem to start singing the Major-General song...

Home again, home again, jiggety-jig.

It's been a very long time since I read much of any fiction. I had to get a quick present for an aunt and got some interesting garden books at a second hand shop. On the way out, I saw Watership Down, which I remembered as being one of those books my friends liked when I was young but I never got around to, so I picked it up for $1.50

I finished reading it in about a day. I haven't read that much at once in ages.

But now I want/need more to read...

I love Watership Down. I remember being traumatised as a child by the cartoon. Loved that too.

The Duncton Wood series about moles is quite interesting, though the books are long and quite gross in parts. Moles having a holy war... They're not even anthropomorphic moles, they're just... moles.

My laptop is back. And for free! The issue which I sent it back for is a known manufacturer's defect.

Also, Watership down is one of those books that looks like it's for kids, but is really not at all.

I had a very stressful evening at work last night. I came home to a bath, food, wine, Star Trek, and a back massage. I've got myself quite a lady.

I now appear to have two jobs, one of which will only be training until August and I guess the last couple weeks have been pseudo training for the one job. >.> Hurrah for Monez, maybe I'll be able to buy one of those awesome amazingly cool posters soon.

Had the day off, and instead of cleaning and laundry like I had planned, I somehow got the idea to spend my entire afternoon programming a little GUI to keep track of health and ammo and vampires decapitated for my Shadowrun character with a few button clicks. Because obviously just scribbling some numbers down on a scrap of paper was too much effort for me

I escaped from the fiery inferno of St. George for the weekend. Visiting my folks for the weekend and enjoying a chilly 95 average temperature :D

Also saw The Amazing Spiderman tonight...good movie.....Emma Stone is hot.
