Infants and toddlers are vile creatures, to be avoided at all costs untill they at least reach concrete operational phase. They are tiny, noisy psychopaths that excrete on everything.

My birthday isn't for another two weeks, but my sister and her kids just stopped by today for it, anyway. Since they live so far away, I guess this is the only time that worked for them. My nephews, with a big smile, just presented me with several seasons of the Joy of Painting, with Bob Ross on dvd!

I also ordered a sim card from Straight Talk as well as a card for one month of unlimited talk, text, and data. I'm excited for all of this to arrive. My Samsung Intensity has served me well...but my mother is kicking me from the family plan(I'm 22 now, lol) and I kind of want a smart phone.

Be prepared to have a most likely stolen Samsung Galaxy Captivate.

Unlimited data is rarely unlimited. I hope you checked the specifics of it. Also be prepared to contact your SP to get the APNs for the phone and they most likely will laugh in your face if you have an issue that requires tech support.

I haven't heard complaints about unlimited data not really being unlimited, other than they throttle your ass so badly your phone is near un-usable once you get past a certain amount.

I've read the terms, and reviews from most Straight Talk users....you are correct that the data is not truly unlimited.....the cap is figured to be roughly 2 GB per month. I'm around WiFi enough that it probably shouldn't become an issue.

We'll see about the phone when it gets here. I'm very picky about who I buy my electronics from on eBay for that reason. Anything located in Hong Kong is a deal breaker...among other things. I also require many feedback...and spotless.

If you just got it sometimes there's a 24 hr delay where it's not recognized.

Rented the game of throne TV series, started watching it with my brother. It's awesome. I also love the music.

I agree, even though I'm one of the types who usually find it very hard to enjoy things based off of books I love so much. It's great to see a lot of things they did with it acted out, and they were actually very, very faithful. A lot of conversations are even verbatim (just abridged), and overall there's only a very few oddities that have the potential to damage Martin's plot.

The music is fantastic. Many of the actors are perfect. I'm astounded how well they put the whole series together. :)

My phone left Salt Lake City early this morning....it should arrive later this afternoon :)

On the flip side, I probably won't receive my SIM card until tomorrow or possibly next week.

Well, I received my SIM card today, which I wasn't expecting to happen.

However the phone was not delivered, which irks me. It is in town, but they chose not to send it out for delivery.
