The big disadvantage: no broadband, just agonizingly laggy, crappy-bandwidth-quota, you-can-never-hunt-or-fight-in-IRE, satellite Internet. But WiFi will reach me faster than the forest will reach you! I hope.

We scored new couches for our living room.
I heard the roommates making a lot of noise, so I walked out to check it out and there was new couches.
They took them from the Fitness Centre. Said it was hurting their backs, so the Fitness Director said to take them.
