Lendren, I see a forest. I can has your house?
Move to Vermont. Pretty much everyone here has forest, at least if you get a place outside Burlington.

I just went wtf, Burlington doesn't have that much forest.
Then I realized you're talking about the States.
Sault Ste Marie has loooots of forest.

Pretty much the other way around. Almost all the forest is young growth (the whole place was essentially clear-cut for farming). It's been growing back since then, since a good chunk of the state wasn't really prime farmland (all kinds of slate and the like). As well as prime farming land opening up out west.
We still have part of an old stone farm-fence going through our 'backyard,' though it's completely overgrown with trees now. Especially maple. Mmm, maple trees...

Hey, you confuse me too when you tell me Burlington is in Canada. It's our state's largest city, and has been all my life.

It's fairly big, but it's nowhere near as big as Toronto or Hamilton. Only 150,000 people.

Psh, the Caribbean has lots of forest/jungle. :/
And a lot of fruit on the ground in my backyard.

A sharp axe blade on a nice long stick. An essential tool, though perhaps not the best for large-scale clearing.

Also, isn't Vermont the state that Bill O'Reilly says shouldn't be part of the union because it's mostly liberal?

Probably. They colour us blue pretty much the moment our polls close.
Wasn't always the case though, we were staunchly Republican 40 or so years ago, and then did a big switch. We do have a Republican governor, though.
And liberal beats Myrkr's drug dealers!

Drug Dealers are cuddly. I should know, a few of them are relatives!
