Class was fun today. We discussed relativity and we were given the equations for relativistic particles. Fun.

They replaced the core of the lock with one that matches the key they gave me.

Today was kinda sucky (for example, my back hurts so bad its hard to walk), but I found candy pumpkins and all is good.

OMG! Candy pumpkins rock so hard.

I love Halloween candy.

Why didn't they just give you the key to the door you DID have?

Because the door was supposed to match the key -I- had, it's a weird story about how they changed the core of the lock so that this guy in before me couldn't get into it and never gave the school the updated key. Then they just could never catch me at home (come on, you come at the hour or three I'm not home but am instead in the school?) and I could never get them on the phone (I'd call, they couldn't hear me no matter what phone I was using). So I think they just gave up and switched the core back, I nearly walked into my door! I just didn't expect it to be locked.

Also, the core they had switched it to didn't match any of the master keys so it would've caused problems in the long run.

That made me laugh till tears came out of my eyes!

Yay! I went around to look at apartments/rooms/houses/etc today for when I return to school in January and signed my check, saving my spot for January! It's with a nice old couple who seem to bend over backwards to help you! Cheap rent too! They're so nice!

The last week has been a blur of bat costumes (from scratch wtf do I look like a sailor), pumpkins and various disasters.

But the kid was good today, the babysitter is taking her tonight, and so I am going to party in my awesome tiger costume.

Lawyers are my friend.

Looks like I have a few more months in this apartment after all.
