Props to them too! Both of today's games went exactly how I wanted. The Cardinals game was a lot funnier. They played like an elite college team. They hustled more, pushed harder, and really threw themselves into the game. The Panthers and their crybaby QB sauntered onto the field, scored once, and spent the rest of the game with a hand in their pants, saying "We're favored, right?"

I want a Ravens-Cardinals Superbowl with the Ravens winning. The Cardinals getting there just because they want it more after everyone wrote them off will be the best part of it, though.

Speaking of brownies, a rave for my Baker's Edge brownie pan I got for Christmas.



So far used it to make brownies, yorkshire pudding, blueberry pecan blondies, and today, lemon bars; next up, lasagna. Everything where the edge is the best part, or where you have to be careful to balance not overcooking the outside with not undercooking the center, works better in this pan. What an ingeniously brilliantly simple solution.
