Everything is fixed. I can go to school, I'm back in my apartment, I even have a portable DVD player now, so I can watch my anime and movies.

Now I just need a computer

Okin is the coolest ever! He's made the end of my day really great! My summer is gonna rock!

Oh my gosh! I just realised that all these Mafia games you guys are playing is just a much more complicated version that I used to play! It was called Polar Bear, with the townies being called tribe members and polar bears are the scum. No special role though. And another was Murderer, where you either killed people by squeezing hands or winking at them. Fun times. Now I'm all psyched up to join in the next game.

Week one of the last term of my horrible, horrible degree: survived.

Only eight weeks to go.

What's your degree? My last semester of my degree nearly killed me and did in fact ruin my life, but that's more because of how I approached it.

English literature. I loved it when I took it - I suppose in a way I still like the subject but I hate, hate, hate academia and studying.

Getting through it to prove to myself that I can do things despite being so very ill

I got dragged kicking and screaming back into warcraft by my friends, and I hit 68 on my Drood.

My rave is about books.

First I bought more books, not much of a rave you might think, but it is for me! Got Harry Potter 1-7 from Amazon, (I had borrowed 1-6 and never got round to reading 7). Started reading at 12am Friday morning just as I was supposed to be going to bed, and aside from the interruption for work and visitng my dad in the evening I finally finished it 3am this morning! I'd kinda heard bits about the story, but was great to finally get round to reading it Then after crawling out of bed late today I caught the tube into town, and visited my favourite shop in the world, Foyles, and came out with three books, one on Heidegger and a couple on Psychoanalysis. Then I went to Forbidden Planet and bought 3 more Dragonlance novels, bringing my Dragonlance collection up to 122 and finally after picking up some art supplies went and sat in the members bar at the Tate modern and read some of the Heidegger book accompanied by overpriced but very lovely Bier. Ohhhh books, how I adore thee.

But I can't! Not yet! D:

Nevermind. Just know, I'm happy!

It's not yet Chinese New Year here in the U.S., but yay for large gatherings and food!

Don't you have to go visiting? Besides, I didn't sleep too well the night before, and I don't want to end up sick, so I slept 'earlier'.

Mistake one: a car loan longer than four years.

Normally yes, but the only reasonable loan I could get (I have very little credit history) didn't offer a lower rate for having a shorter loan. Since I intended to pay it off ASAP no matter what loan I got, I figured I might as well get the 5 year just in case I lost my job or something.
