Got a estimate for major works for my flat 2 years ago, which I was not allowed to opt out of, which almost gave me an aneurism due to its hugeness. I fought it with help from local councillors over the last couple of years. The work was done last year and today received the final bill. Half the amount they initially asked for. biggrin.gif Still about the price of a new small car, but much, much better. biggrin.gif I can actually start to think about upgrading my PC, which has been seriously undermining my techy credentials smile.gif
