Ok, so here's how gullible I am:

See, I've started taking karate, Coung Nhu actually. A dojo for it opened directly across the street from me (well, not perfectly across, but close) so I decided it was the universe telling me to go ahead, cause I've always wanted to take martial arts and just never have before. Anyway, the sensei just recently put up the schedule for all the classes and focus classes and seminars and stuff online and yesterday I looked and saw that one of the Wednesday focus classes was on the Death Touch, I got so excited! I never even considered the date it was set on (April 1st).

I spent the whole day thinking how cool that class was then, last night, after the wing chun focus class, I told sensei Tanner I was looking forward to it, he laughed and I still didn't realize the joke. It wasn't until someone else from the class realized it was an april fools joke cause I said what day it was going to be on (actually, I said I was gonna be sure to be there on April 1st cause the class was going to be so cool), that I realized it too.

Being in a mood. I have no idea why, but I'm feeling totally . That floaty high feeling. Makes me wanna go wheeeeeeee!

Reading a really sappy romance story. Usually, I'm more into fantasy and dystopian books, but I found myself hooked by this one. Oh well, I guess romance is really just another way to spell fantasy.

My mom should get to come home from the hospital tomorrow.

getting up close and personal with Ill Nino and God Forbid at the 02 Academy 2 in Newcastle! Tiny little venue with about 200 people in, and half the band members were in the crowd watching the sets with us. Was standing next to the beast that is the God Forbid singer for ages.

I get to go back to work!

my fiancee and I bought a flat!

All the paperwork is pending though, and may take a couple weeks until we get a move date but this is a big big step for us, getting onto the property ladder and such.

Man, I know. I want to get a house, but I don't feel like I can do it yet (hard to get a $250k house on one 22 year old's income), so I'm going to settle with other less massive investments (index funds).

Really, as long as we can hold on to our jobs, the recession is a great opportunity for the age group that most of us are in.

The sparring master at my haidong club agreed to teach a few of us how to knife fight.

I am so close to having a job, which means I'm close to getting money, which means I'm close to paying off some debts as well as bills and rent, which means I'm close to saving enough money to start building some beskar-gam.

Swimming. After 10+ years of not swimming seriously, I finally started swimming again. And I get swimmer's high!

Edit: Seriously meaning more than 10 laps. I'm no professional swimmer, but I love it.
