I forgot to rave for spring break! But rave for three days into spring break, and the awesomeness of sleeping late.

I got the new Jason Mraz CD called "We Sing. We Dance. We Steal" and it is definitely one of my Top 3 CDs of all time (sorry Metallica ).
Additional rave is that I may be going to go see them on the 28th/29th if I can get the time off from work.
Woooo buddy

If by new you mean one year old....
but hell yes, awesome cd.
I am yours, one of the best songs of all time. The video made me want to move to Hawaii and become a surfer. >_>

Is it really a year old? >.>
I only just started hearing "Make it Mine" on the radio and at work.
Listening to this CD gives me the same effect. Makes me want to support legalizing weed and smoking a bowl every day...

You'd think no one would accuse it of being an allegory for America when it's clearly called "Britannian", but no.
EDIT: And ruled by "King Charles."

..Probably because Great Britain isn't a part of the Empire in that series, ironically enough.

It's a curious anachronism- except for the part about America being an evil empire masquerading as the right hand of divinity. That's right out of the history books.
As the story goes, when facing revolt Queen Elizabeth flees to the American colonies and reestablishes herself as Queen there. She rallies the people under her with appeal to divine right and history assumes a different course.

The 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs Round 1 begins tonight! Granted, my team doesn't play until tomorrow night, but still.

hmm...could have sworn it was Napoleon who invaded, not a revolt.

I finally have my contract sorted out for the job I have been doing for over two weeks. Took long enough!

For the first time in about ten years, my wife and I are actually getting money back from our taxes! Since she went into business for herself, we've been paying higher taxes and getting a "virtual" refund because she saved more than we ended up owing at tax time, but this time we have the virtual refund and a real one to combine.

My birthday is tomorrow. I'll be 19.
My fiance bought me two books and will be sleeping over. My friend Emily commissioned a glass blower to make me a necklace, which I now have in my possession. Jigan gave me an awesome gift, too.
My brother called to wish me a happy birthday, after I haven't heard from him since I was about 9. He's alive and well.
My mouth has finally stopped hurting, because the hole in my gums is sealing up. I got to watch a movie that I've been wanting to see (Death Note Live Action).
Today has been a really great day so far, and it's the first time in a long time that I feel overjoyed. I feel like all of the bad days I've had were just to make space for one really great day, a day like today. It's days like today that make all the pains I've gone through worthwhile.
For once, life is good. And I am happy.

So my heart rate is 140 right now from being happy.
And nothing's going to happen with my fiance sleeping over, if that's what you meant.
