Anyone else an Avatar fan?

Here's the season 3 trailer.

I'm loving the new looks of the characters, most especially Katara and Aang. Interesting to know that Aang is dark-haired as well. Always loved Katara's hair loose as opposed to tied up with loppy thingies.

Kind of disappointed in the path that Zhuko chose, and I'm wondering if Iroh will become Aang's firebender teacher. I just can't wait for the Fire book!

Yeah, I agree with the looks. Katara's always looked much better; those loopy things were lame. Aang, instead of being all 'Peaceful Monk' looks truly bad ass now! CAN'T WAIT!!!

Well, the DVD that features the first five episodes of AtLA: Fire will be on sale on October 31st, so I imagine the show will start up again 'round November.

They wouldn't put out the DVDs before they aired the series.

Oh! My favorite episode was when Aang was in the Northern Water Kingdom and he turned into that spirit monster thing. Oh my god. I was screaming at the top of my l lungs and shoving chocolate chip cookies in my mouth. The mixture of screaming and cookies, for the record, is a very, very odd sound.

Tell me aqua wouldnt be sooo much cooler if they had waterwhips, aquablades, better healing, instant freezing abilities (and I dont mean chill) and more!

I like water because of the dynamics they can use, Earth is nice too but involves wallish things, movement, and throwing stones almost specifically.

Gotta love Avatar, and yes yes the Dark Priest likes Avatar. I think its also the best American Anime (Yes its made by Americans!)

HEY! What about Fire!? They can shoot lightning, and are all bad and stuff!

I like to compare them to Germany, and Water/Earth to the Allies. Germany invaded the rest of Europe TWICE, and took more than one country to take them down. Same with Avatar!

THe one thing I really enjoy about the Water fighting style is it is based off of Tai Chi Chuan of the Yang and Wu schools. I've taken Tai Chi Chuan since I was a little tot. Whenever I see the series, I look at how the water tribes fight and think to myself, "OMG! OMG! That's Dragonfly Touching Lotus!" or "God, he's got a nice....style."

I havn't seen much of the show. The parts I have seeen were great though. I will have too find the episodes and watch them so I can start watching for the new season.

Well, was shocked to see Zuko kissing Mai... I thought he'd end up with the girl he dated back in Ba Sing Se or Katara, but never Mai. O.o
