He's contesting, currently (remember, I'm only a proxy Champion, so that we had one while Talkan was away for a bit); and that's exactly the reason why I want him to win. Unfortunately, as much as I want him to win, he's not around as much as I am and a lot of Celestines are doubting his intentions especially after he lost princehood. He's good, combat-wise, but he needs work on public relations.

While I am touched that I was mentioned a couple times it's quite sad that there's only a few names there that I don't recognize.

Valek : People might not agree because back then the opposition was mainly one shot one kills but he knew what he was doing when it came to fighting.
Daevos : Everytime I fought this guy he just got better and better until one day he just stomped me into the ground.
Ixion : There were some debates over his skill because he used to be a damage whore, but all things considered I've seen this guy move, and I'd say very few people move like Ixion.
Thorgal : Though everybody including their dog had Thorgal's system back in the day, he was just damn crafty at doing things.
Murphy : This guy just woops your ass then makes fun of you after. End of story
Kaervas : I actually don't remember how Kaervas fought except that he was very good at it... I do remember him stealing all our kills though, we do all the work with the disabling, tanking and what not and for some annoying reason deathsight was spammed with his kills. Bastard kill stealer.
Eiru : Wacky fighter who gets ++ points for theory application. I swear this guy I'd just tell him how something works and then next thing you know he's going, hey I did that thing you said to this this this and this. And I'd be like o.O. He had one major flaw though... he got lost 90% of the time. Me: Eiru, where are you? Eiru: I don't know...

Narsrim : Debatable due to tactics. Mainly went for the cheeze in my opinion but put that aside he had very good presence of mind and also had very good movement.
Terenas : He just wont die.
Diamante : Well he was still training up back when I was active, but had a lot of potential. Once, just before our duel, he stole my armor. Bastard.
Shiri : Because he gets special points for using java as a client.
Munsia : For being the most annoying fighter alive. I literally had to train up my ignore Munsia skills. I say she lacked some things and thought too much of herself but despite what many people say she had her +s. It was very hard to kill her and she'd get a cheap shot in, here and there and you'd be ... ... Munsia got me... You could almost hear a mortal kombat style announcement : HUMILIATION

Geb : If not the best one of the top best fighters I know. He brings melee tactics down to a T and he just has a counter for anything. I wish he'd give me some arties though.
Amaru : He was very good. Though I do hate celestines.
Shamrock(Shamarah) : For someone who claims he doesn't have a system he's very good.
Ekard : He was good, for a pali... hahah (Kidding bro)

There's someone people I'm forgetting. One in particular, he had like barely tri trans but he still put up a good fight against most top fighters.

The Warlord in my story Cleansing Rain was so obviously patterned after Daevos, with his extremely phlegmatic tone, that I enjoyed leaving the name ambiguous so I could imagine to myself that it still was Daevos, hundreds of years later. So we can't get rid of Daevos. He's got an appointment with destiny at the next syzygy.

Top 20? I don't even think there are 20 fighters still active? I miss when I was a noob and all the hot stuffs still roamed around. And it's all in perspective of who you are. I remember running in desperate flight at Ethelon, then I hit trans'd out a couple of skills and him and I were laughing at each other standing at Raziela's pillar.

But my favs have to be Geb, Narsrim, Forren, Vesar, and Malicia to fight with. Playing with them always makes me smile. And my favorite opponents have been Xanon, Thoros, Estwald, Daevos, Malarious, maybe a couple of others.

And of course, any time Talkan and I pair up, it's always a good time. I remember when it was 5vs2 outside of Southgard and Talkan and I killed every single one. Those were the good ol' days.

Psh, it's because you're OP Celestians. The admin have favoured you and Glom since the beginning. Two Celestians = 50 Magnagorans. That is my (completely unbiased) opinion.
