Thats false. Communes collect gold from the bank interest rates on withdrawal, but they don't take gold from the casinos.

I must say, Roark's idea is really interesting... This not only expands Lusternia's economy, but opens a role for merchant and influential characters like Richter or Tully.... This could be really dynamic...
