When I was still an herbalist and still had a manse I wanted aether seeds. 1 seed per manse room that grows 1 type of herb at a very limited rate. Not so much for the herbs but to add to ambience of the manse. I wanted fowers, trees, and herbs in my manse that I could interact with if I chose.

Maybe they could say that the off-Prime herbs (faeleaf, merbloom, earwort, sparkles) can not be taken off their respective planes in the pot, because you have to put a bit of the soil/water in for them to survive and that soil/water can't traverse to other planes with you?

Yes, there will be repeats of things people have said already, as well as things I said in previous posts.
Manse Artifacts:
- Aether Jar: When opened in a room, extra aetherstuff would be released, expanding the height of the room enough to allow flight.
- Aether Vial: When poured in a room, fills the room with a water-like, aetheric liquid suitable for swimming in. If aetheric liquid already exists in the room, will deepen the liquid to allow diving.
- Aetheric Nut: When planted in a manse room, causes aetheric trees to grow out of the ground, allowing someone with sufficient Environmental skill to climb.
- Aetheric Soil: When spread in a manse room, softens the ground enough to allow digging.
- Aetheric Pebble: When tossed in a manse room, creates rugged, mountainous terrain suitable for mountain climbing.
- Bag of Transience: Can be used to capture excess aetherstuff, removing an environmental condition set by any of the above artifacts and storing it in the bag, which can be opened in another room to transfer the location of the effect. Any items or people in the location will be shunted to the nearest solid surface. Can only store one effect at a time.
- Windstone: Change the weather patterns within the manse. This would be done via demesne-like weather zones to allow for different weather conditions in different regions (the snow-topped mountain may be experiencing a blizzard, but my sitting room is just fine without one)
- Twisted Ring: Can be used to create a custom exit between two rooms at any elevation. Each side of this entrance can either be visible (it will show up in IH and its description will be visible using a quick look) or invisible (the short description will be appended to the room description and will not show up in IH). Useful for hiding your living space inside the knot of a tree (like what Maeve does on Ethereal).
- Crystal Obelisk: Stores power for use. Can absorb power from an affiliated nexus, a person, or energy collectors. A person with proper permissions can draw power from the obelisk like a nexus or transfer power into aethership systems.
Alchemy artifacts:
- Crystallization Stone: When placed into an alembic, draws any sugar crystals that form within the liquid into the stone, preventing a batch of potion from turning to sugar. Will gradually collect sugar crystals, producing about one per fifty potions brewed.
- Measuring Flask: When brewing a potion with one of these wielded, will add 10 extra sips to the vial.

can be done with custom exit/entrance messages. Then just make an ad for your wares. and tell someone to look at the ad if they ask what you're selling.

That way ya can siphon and get power that way instead of having to listen to useless Ministers whine about power consumption, and actually defend yer own planes while blocked from your nexus Unless that is what Diamante just said

You should be able to siphon power from your energy collectors to yourself if you have the aethercraft skill.

Orb of the Dreaming: Allows a custom dream to be sent to a sleeping person on the same continent, which will also shift them into dreambody form for exactly 5 minutes, unable to do anything but move or say unless they WAKE.
Seed of Rejuvenation: Grows a custom tree in any natural environment or manse that will bear one fruit each day, consuming the fruit will increase total willpower and endurance by 25% for half an hour. The fruit must be consumed immediately on being picked.
Enchanted Cornerstone: Forms a custom fountain monument in any urban, village or manse environment that refills with drinkable liquid each day, drinking from the fountain increases all resistances by 5% for half an hour.
Obelisk of Crystal Spheres (org artifact): Placed at a dock, allows aether pods (as suggested for nexus world defense) to be formed for 10 power, each lasting for 30 minutes before dissipating into the aether. Each pod has 800 hull strength, single station only that can accept pilot commands and basic turret firing.
Gate of the Heavens: Activated in a location, permanently embeds a gate object that can be linked to one manse fulcrux. ENTER GATE/EXIT GATE will function as PORTAL ENTER (blah) as long as the manse is accessible through any dock on that plane, and the user has a working key (provided with gate) in their possession. This cannot be used in organizational territory.
Lost Gnomic Genesis Device: When activated in aetherspace, causes an escalating tear in the dimensional fabric, resulting in a small bubble that can be docked with. The details of that one room bubble can be imprinted on the device before activation, and thereafter a useable dock will appear for any ship to visit.
