Hey guys
I am the owner of Games-Overview Network located at http://gamesoverview.cheatbusted.com
We have launched a few weeks ago and are currently covering Americas Army,2Moons and InsurgencyMod
I am considering adding the IRE games and I was wondering if the community would be interested.
Also, what would you guys like to see?

One of these things is not like the other.

You'd probably be best off speaking to our admins, but I doubt that we really need a forum on your site, no offence. We're a small community, and besides, our game genre is a world away from things like America's Army.

I don't think I would speak to admins because I am not looking for official backing. The network is independant of anyone. Also, the fact that we cover Americas Army and such, doesn't mean that IRE games don't have their place.
Each game we cover is independant of each other and each game we cover has its own staff

Basically, I think you're more than welcome to make your own fan site. We could hardly prevent you (I think). What you're really asking, though, is that we make the site for you, and that's much less likely to happen as we're more interested in making our own little sites ourselves. Just my point of view.

What? Make the site for him? How did you get that impression?
Anyway, a fansite could be fun. But I have no idea what its contents would be.
avaerin.com/scryingpool already has skill lists and a lot of other "crunch" stuff. These forums are mature and non-spammy enough so we do not need "unofficial" ones, unlike games like World of Warcraft.
But if you find something to put on the site, feel free. I am sure we can only benefit from it.

Posted the same exact message on the Achaea forums. People started suggesting what they would want to see on the site, and the response came back (basically), "You guys will be the volunteer moderators and put up the content yourselves."

I tried setting something like this up last year. I got pretty good interest from Lusternia, but I couldn't seem to attract any interest from the other games.
My advice would be to not do anything like a Wiki, cause you just won't get the interest unless you already have a lot of content.

That is correct.
Each game staff is selected from the specific game community. What better person to provide specific content that those people?
That doesn't mean you make the site. The overall control is under me and I am the one adding modules and such
Content doesn't mean site. Content means articles, discussions
