One of the local farmers markets has a Cambodian cuisine stand. The gentleman and his wife make this dish consisting of flat noodles, chicken (or tofu), mixed veggies including carrots and cabbage, with pepper, and topped by a home made sweet chili sauce. They also have veggie cakes and a banana stir fry all of which are absolutely amazing.

No point to this thread other than to share my love for this particular food dish.
