Well, this isn't the whole fight, obviously, unless you run around with two afflictions all the time.
-Eat horehound to cure the bard afflictions ASAP, you cant afford to take extra damage from bards
-Be blind all the time
-Writhe only once when transfixed
-You cant get away from perfectfifth until you're deaf, focus on healing yourself until you can get deaf again, if you can't attack Daedalion well enough to keep him from attacking you.
-Was kinda silly to sip mana while so close to being dead
-You had krokani targetted

i'd also lower your priority on deafness/truehearing in your queue, leave a way for you to handle that manually, or add in some extra checks on it. eating it like that only effectively gets you stunned and the bard will always get eq back before you get unstunned. curing some auric afflictions there would have done you much better than just getting stunned. personally, i would say to save it until you're on balance/eq, not transfixed, and ready to leave... or at least able to attack before eating that earwort

I'd take Hyrtakos' idea about the earwort. I always say it for perfect fifth anyways. Definately keep blindness up if you know you're the one to get jumped by a bard.

I agree on earwort. As a monk, I've almost given up on using it against bards altogether unless I need to get away. The stun is just too long to make it worthwhile in one-on-one fights. Focus on curing the insane number of afflictions they can give instead, as Acrune said - you can't afford to keep manabarbs and egovice for long, bards hurt already. Acrune was also right on the sipper thing - when fighting a bard, focus on your health. That's where they're going to actually kill you, let them drain away your mana to 0 if they want to, you should always sip health instead against bards.
