shayle (despite on occasion having to tell me off) made glomdoring worth while for me, shes the reason i stayed in glom, she helped me set up my character in bother shadowdancers and glomdoring, helped me with everything including skills, always gave me pointers and encouragement...ill miss you though id tell you to run again just because you probably would get reelected despite everything..

The Shadowdancers won't be the same without you as guildmaster.

I hope you'll still stay around in-game. It's already a big enough loss with Shayle stepping down.

Well from reading the summit thing and then reading this, I do not see why Shayle would not run for GA. It is basically what she does anyways, by helping all the novices, etc. So having her as a GA would retain the role so many of you all want her to retain, just without the commune authority she had as a GM.

Wow...just wow. Well, it was great playing with you Shayle. I can honestly say, you're one of biggest reasons I stayed in the game and played some much (and bought all of those credits!!). I made several alts in other guilds and cities, but I would always abandon them and come back o the Shadowdancers.

The shadowdancers is/was a great guild to play in. Hope you stay in the game though!

Damn, I didn't see this thread until today.. I just wanna say, while Ciaran hated Shayle ICly, OOCly I've found Shayle to be an immensly wise, articulate, and inspirational person. (funny too) I just want you to know, I'll miss you too!

I'm so sorry to see you go, Shayle. I don't think I've made it a hidden fact that my character, Marina, has always looked to Shayle as an incredibly strong, wise, and beautiful woman. The thought you put into her blew me and still blows me away.

It was a poor choice to make you resign, in my opinion. For countless years, Shayle ruled the Shadowdancers and turned it into what it is today. Her hard work, her selfless dedication, and her vigilance has made the Shadowdancers the incredible, unique, and beautiful group of people that it is now. I will always see Shayle as I've seen her in the past; a woman worthy of countless praises and someone who gave her entire life to making sure her guild and her home survived.

Though, do stop by every now and then. To at least say hello.
