I wonder, though - what would be the point of keeping people as real enemies, especially if doing so were to cost power? If you enemy someone, it means that the guards won't kick them out, they'll just try to attack and die (if the person is actually there to kill guards and isn't just a retard). If the person was just unwelcome, they wouldn't be able to kill guards before they were booted out.
And if there's no need for real enemies, is there any need for guards to defend against them?

Like I said on the previous page, one thing that might happen is that if you attempt to attack a bouncer-guard, they cease trying to deal with you peacefully. I don't think it should or would be impossible to kill guards.
