Psymet reggen seems to be flat and stacking atop of racial reggen, but it's hard for me to test throughly so I might be wrong.
No clue how harmony reggen works. I always assumed it's racial reggen and as such useless to me anyhow. Would be nice if there was actually an AB file on it.
PS: Human demigod stats are awesome, I don't know what you have. Could use a bit more str/dex instead of int (!!!) and char but overall not too shabby. Pretty much flat across the board though.
PPS: Lobo reggen is useless to a demigod. But below level 99-100 lobo is prolly good for monk. Krokani should be too though.

Harmony regen is +75 for each mantra, so 150 health each tick for 2 -PHET mantras, etc.. It is not actually percentage based. Psymet regen I haven't tested for sure

You sure that's right? I seem to regen quite a lot when I have ***phet up. On Prime, too, in the 'vault, so I don't think it's titan regen?

Unless it's percentage based, and I just happened to have the right amount to get 75 from each...I'll double-test and make sure.

With two -PHET mantras, I regenerated 374 health, so a flat 10% of my max.
Apparently these are not weighted, each new mantra is another 5%, so I'm guessing they still stack with racial regen, and I know they stack with psymet regeneration and mercy.

For some reason health regeneration skills tend to be percentage based, while ego and mana are (almost?) always flat.
