The problem, I think, was scaling. Extremes with con/int/str blah blah were doing ridiculous things. The solution was apparently to just shotgun damage on all levels...which I'm having trouble understanding.
This has made geo staff utterly and totally useless. I took it out of my combat macros, it serves no purpose for a class which SHOULD have the option of a damage kill. It's on the level with cosmicfire suck-age now. If mindblast or rockslide is nerfed...I will have a mental breakdown.
And what is up with denizens. My bashing has been all over the place these past few days. Normal, then ungodly easy, now it's kinda crap.

you people are bloody terrible. They fix something, trying to make it better and all you can do is bitch and ask for more?
Damage reduction got normalised, and so did damage bonuses, what it's done is to weed out the extreme cases, while keeping everything else pretty much to scale.
Classes are still balanced for the most part, and good players will be able to kill with any archetype. Aquas and geos aren't damage reliant classes for the most part, and anyone who chooses exclusivley to be a damage knight needs to learn to play.
wiccans and druids certainly aren't easy street to kill with i can assure you of that. Also if you rely on staffcast and rockslide to kill, then you need to learn to mage, because you have 2 other skillsets that the gods have given you to use.
Rest assured the admin are working on the problem, and the envoys are doing our best to help too. Everyone needs to go take a chill pill, or give yourselves an uppercut

Oh, but a question: Do proofings in tailoring factor into DMP (Which I assume), could then the correct amount of dmps be added to the abfiles of the proofings?

I can't believe the divine nerfed people! Please make me UBER again so I can kill with just damage and no strategy! Or at the very least, make it so that I can kill astral mobs in seconds so we can all be demigods!
This is a horrible change. It makes it so I actually have to play the game instead of sailing through on extreme stats and bugs. I should go to WoW where they don't worry about things like 'balance' and I can 'win' the game.

Woah, hey, as much as I liked killing astral mobs in seconds so I can be a demigod, I'm more concerned about how far the other way it's swung. Now I seem to do normal damage, but I get randomly pwnt by fesixes! (and this was before I went faeling for the influence, grah bug)

I think it has already been suggested several times, but let me throw it out one more time...
Everything is being fixed appropriately. They know that people got used to high int/str/whatever races and things will have to be adjusted. I think I even mentioned that Estarra said before she would be willing to consider a complete racial overhaul in the near future. People consistently repeating their complaints will not make this happen any faster.
If you want small tweaks, by all means ask for it. If you want them to reverse the change/redesign your race/etc. it's not going to happen right now.

Bashing is tedious and boring. I don't play games to be bored that is what work is for. The Uber bashing made bashing more fun and less tedious. The number of hits it takes to kill a mob isn't going to decrease the amount of time it takes to get Titan or Demi. Mobs still have the same repop time. I still have to kill the same number of beasties and I still have to wait the same amount of time for the fates to spit them back out.

2. By the time you get to a level where bashing becomes tedious killing certain beastings has little value. You are also not factoring in the over-saturation of hunters in hunting grounds.
3.You are still completely ignoring the fact that mobs have repop timers. Again tedious and easy are not mutually exclusive terms.
If anything the uber bashing would make things more difficult. If Lusternia had a smaller population your points may, stress may, hold true. As it is there are often multiple people bashing in each hunting ground. If that hunting ground is more quickly cleared out then the other hunters will not have access to the XP from that area.
