Have a problem...with me and my manse?

So anyways.

Name has been changed to Dreymos.

As for the theme, a forest theme is what I am sticking with, I have the pond/lake with a waterfall, I have a cavernous environment.

Any other remarks on this matter I should know about,

THE WRONG QUESTION IS THE ONE NOT ASKED!

Well, nobody will pay above 150k to have a home, unless there are a lot of ammendities (things that cost credits, like miniatures and manse dwellers, but in the end buying those will minus your profit anyway). Otherwise, Kharaen looks like she'll make some decent money, Richter charges 140k per room (-10k for him), Sybl I don't remember, and another girl, whose name starts with C I think (all I remember was that she was asian and had a squid avatar - yum!) - can't remember her price either.

If you want someone to fund it, you're going to need to find a sugar momma or daddy, or you're going to need to become one yourself freaked.gif

You mean Callia? I haven't seen her in RL months.

But anyways, back on topic. Sylvanis, if you're still offering rooms for the price you were initially, that's a MAJOR selling point. (I'm not sure if you are or not, so I'll leave it up to you to say what the price was. Edit: Never mind, I see you posted it in your other thread) It's within the reach of even a non-credit buying novice, and I'd be willing to help them with room descs if they need it.

Another problem is that you seem like you're trying to appeal to everyone. A normal area may have something like 100 rooms, but within your own manse (which I'm guessing is still far under that) you've got all kinds of different environments.

I once tried to appeal to the senses of everyone, and it wasn't all that popular. Then I did my own thing, we've got our own kind of a hook that's not based on uniting everyone, but being unique.

Also, people will place more faith (and money) in someone they consider to be knowledgeable, or mature, or smart, or any number of different things. You had to ask what Ackleberry was, so that gets rid of knowledgeable, the entire thread, including the title, are very... young sounding, so that rules out the second. Who knows, you could have the third down. You just need to give people a reason to join, and then give them faith in the leader type person that what they think will happen will.

Ok so for the name, Nehwon, it has been changed. The name now is Dreymos, meaning forest moss in elvish.

So I hope this is a little better. As for the statement for the manse, ill give it a rest for a while, but I will think of it sooner or later. Thanks for all the advice and ideas.

I will be sure to put them to good use.

Anything else from the audience?

Dang if I didn't have my own, I would jump aboard. I like the community aspect of it all. Good luck on it, though smile.gif
