Neos is 0% my might. I doubt he has staff. I believe elementalism blast does fire damage, though, which would explain the deathsight.

50% cold, 25% blunt, 25% asphyxiation.

It used to do fire damage, but that was changed because fire damage is reduced under water, so Aquamancers in water were ridiculously weak.

Blast does fire damage though, so I'd guess thats what got the kill in the quoted deathsight...
