I think it is Suppose to be "Looking for that love no one will ever find. You will go see (that) someone who cares."
Not that it makes more sense that way....

"Looking for that love? No one will ever find you. Well, go see someone who cares."

This is like one of those old couplets-without-punctuation we learned in school.
