Not in the in-game context, though. Depending on the person / style of the city or guild, titles may be demanded. However, I've pretty much never seen "Your Highness" or the likes required, even in the Shadowdancers, just Queen/Prince followed by their name. Xenthos sure never demanded, or expected, to be called by title, for example. Every other God is Lord/Lady *name* by reference.

While the comment that it was "in order to bypass triggers" is pretty out there (I thought it would be relatively obvious, as it doesn't seem like something you would even have thought about as being an issue prior to this), it's not something that is generally part of the Lusternian atmosphere. In fact, I think Eventru is the only one who does it of the Divine as well, thus far at least...
