It's not even the mounting part, it's the part where you said you'd do it in every room of your manse. It's infeasible to put one (whole) corpse on several trophies in several rooms. The same can't be said for, uh, having necrophilic relations with a corpse in several rooms.

Why shouldn't it be feasible? Maybe I can't do it in any hard coded way, but I can certainly roleplay hanging his corpse from a wall like a trophy. I can change the desc in the room and still be able to react to it with emotes all the same.
As regards to whether it was funny, I'm sorry, but I don't find making fun of (rather gross) diseases like that humorous at all, especially since I know people really do suffer from it.
But this is a game, and necrophilia, in a roleplaying sense, is very very common in Lusternia (technically... maybe? would it be called necrophilia if they were undead? I don't know).

shrubs that grow in the surrounding forest become scarce as they approach the tree, replaced by tiny wildflowers of amethyst-purple and marble-white. The veil to the ethereal plane is particularly thin, and the laughter of pixies and other creatures
of the fae tinkle down from the treetops and tickle the ears of those below. The atmosphere itself, although benign and welcoming, also vibrates with a palpable power, sending shivers up the skin. Singing a hauntingly beautiful melody, Miakoda,
Maiden of the Moonhart, stands here. Towering high above is the Moonhart Mother Tree, stretching her enormous branches heavenwards. A mature birch tree stands proudly here. A white and brown speckled pony grazes nearby. There are 5 centaur hunters
here. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here. There are 3 fierce timberwolves here. Hovering over a raised dais are two silver arrows, their long shafts crossed with the points aimed skywards. A screech owl is here, surveying the
surroundings. Reaching up as high as the eye can see looms the awesome presence of a living totem. There are 10 frost hags here. An obsidian eye sigil is here. There are 2 red foxes here. Leading deep into the forest, a tangled path twists every
which way here. Mushrooms are growing here in a perfect circle. A bay brown mule wanders here, nosing at the ground. A wiccan broom floats here, vibrating with energy. A blank page of vellum lies on the ground here. A blue pill has been left on the
ground. There are 2 bundles of hay here. A bundle of grass has been placed on the ground. A pink pill has been left on the ground. A mottled blue wyvern gracefully stands here, arching its serpentine neck and flapping its massive leathery wings.
