Disable non god shouts except in special cases. All they are ever used for is a contest, excuse the crudity, of dick waving, followed by a god howling "I AM BIGGER THAN YOU SHUT UP OR BE DFED AND ZAPPED INTO OBLIVION."

No. Achaea's horns were the worst things ever. The endurance cost is already bad enough.

Shouts are fine.

If I recall, divine shouts aren't stopped by SHOUTSOFF. If thats the case, you can just turn them off and pretend that this idea was implemented! happy.gif
