There are two different common versions. The first is using zMUD's automapper, but as I mentioned in one of the other threads setting it up can be complicated. The second is using a program called MudBot which was written by Whyte for Imperian (one of IRE's other games). There is a Lusternia adaptation of MudBot which can be found in the Project L subforums of the Mechanics forum. This system lets you type MAP anywhere to see a map of the area around you, lets you find a room given a part of the room name, and speedwalk to any room. The problem is that you have to manually create your own maps for it first. There are several examples for how to do it, and you can always ask on the forums (probably under Mechanics) for help with it, but it is a pain to do. If you would like to spend some credits and skip over your own setup, Shamarah sells a full set of maps for MudBot for 20 credits. I personally bought it and do well with it; it took much less time to raise 20 credits than it would have taken to map all of those areas myself.
zMUD's automapper can do basically all of the same things, except that it has a more graphical interface. It is more difficult to set up the first time, but mapping with it is generally easier once it is set up. I believe Zarquan is still selling his mapping system for zMUD as well. I have bought it before and also used it successfully for a long time, I would definitely recommend it for automapper, or Shamarah's maps for MudBot.

Btw, why are you not asking this in-game? However:

19.4 CREDITS
(See also: HELP CREDIT TRANSFER, HELP ARTIFACT TRADEIN, HELP CREDITMARKET, HELP
LEVELS, and HELP BARDIC)
What are they?
--------------
There are two kinds of credits: Credits and Bound Credits.
What are Credits?
-----------------
Credits can be purchased from other players in Lusternia, or can be purchased
with real money from Lusternia via credit/debit card, check, or money order.
See http://www.lusternia.com/credits.php. Credits are strictly non-refundable.
Credits can only be used in these ways: transfer credits to other players, sell
credits on the credit market for gold, or convert credits to Bound Credits. You
cannot use credits for lessons or to make purchases such as artifacts for a
character until you 'bind' them to a character.
The command CREDITS REPORT will show you how many you have of each, as well as
other pertinent information about your credits and credit spending.
What are Bound Credits?
-----------------------
Bound Credits are normal credits which have been 'bound' to your character.
Once a credit has been bound, it may be converted into lessons (each Bound
Credit converts into 6 lessons each). Bound Credits are also used for purchases
for your character such as artifacts, crafting permits, item customisations,
housing credits, and more. Should you return an artifact, the credit refund
will be in Bound Credits. Basically, once you decide to bind a credit to a
specific character, it can no longer be traded, transferred, or sold to other
players.
You may also gain Bound Credits through achieving certain levels of experience.
See HELP LEVELS for more information.
Every character will receive a bonus gift of 2.5 lessons per Credit on the
first 1000 Credits converted to Bound Credits.
If you want to bind a credit to you, use the following command:
CREDITS CONVERT <#> TO BOUND CREDITS
For more information on how you can use Bound Credits, read HELP LESSONS, HELP
ARTIFACTS, HELP JEWELLERY, HELP TAILORING, HELP CUSTOMISATIONS, and HELP
HOUSING.

I'm guessing because these are mostly OOC questions.

Credits are like a currency for Lusternia. They can be purchased with gold in the game (type CREDITS FOR SALE), or you can pay real-life money to buy them (look at www.lusternia.com, then click Credits on the left side). You can also win them for different contests or services for lusternia (becoming a mortal builder, becoming a guide, competing in bardic/artisan contests). They can be used for several things:
1. Converting to lessons - each credit can be converted into 6 lessons and spent to learn your skills
2. Purchasing artifacts - check HELP ARTIFACTS for a list of very nice items that can only be purchased using credits
3. Purchasing different services - a lot of people do OOC work in exchange for credits. The maps I mentioned are some examples. Other people sell complicated systems for combat, write custom room/equipment descriptions for you, or any number of other things in exchange for credits.

Also, now Derian answered your question: you're going to get ripped into if you don't type in coherent sentences and so forth around here.
No "i", no "any1", and ABSOLUTELY no "u."

Some things are okay, it just takes awhile to learn which one. BTW, IMHO, etc. are usually okay. Just not single-letter words, or other things like you listed.

Right, although I meant the game as well.
