My wish list -
1. Finish the new monk guilds. I include this only because I feel it should happen before #2.
2. Fix monks and their individual classes through a full round of retweaking rather than standard envoy process. Start with Shofangi (needs it most) and then Tahtetso. This should give the new guilds time to assess their skillsets for disappointment, overpoweredness and abuse potential.
2.5. Add an unarmed specialization to Kata available to every monk guild, either unique to each, unique per Kephera/Illithoid or cities/commune, or universal between them.
3. Re-evaluate all existing guild skill choices for relative worth. It's sad when one guild's skillchoices is overwhelmingly superior to another. There should be advantages and disadvantages, but... Runes, Axelord, the list could go on... there are a lot of options that just don't stack up against alternatives.
4. More hunting/questing areas. Reduce somewhat the huge differences in benefit from one hunting area to the next.
5. Create an opposite number to Avechna who rewards PvP offPrime. Not to reduce in-role reasons for attacking/defending planar denizens and resources, but rather than heaping more disincentive against Prime PvP (which needs must still happen from time to time due to roleplay decisions and constraints), add incentive for offPrime PvP.

I would really love for the cubix to exit to EtherGlom and EtherWilde. I'd love it if they exited to the nexii, too, but since some people are too cheap to put guards there (wtf?) that may be a far cry.

Greatrobes should be removed (but keep splendours), and the entire armour system should be fleshed out. Each archetype should have actual limits to the armour they can wear, and shields should be assigned a similar system (though I believe we only have small/tower shields here?).
But...that would also possibly require reconfiguring the entire wounding system, so meh. It'd still be a nice change, -and- forgers would finally get the business they so desperately crave!

.....no? What is wrong with Great Robes?
I want pets to not be killable..and not with the expensive collar. I want to be able to walk around with the wombat instead of locking it in a room. I paid 13k for a pudgy guard marsupial.
I really hope they fix monks after they release the last two guilds. Seren and Celest need to be on the recieving end of their OP monkness sometime and maybe they'll feel our pain.
and my biggest wish...staff damage or speed upgrade. 16 int with a champ staff and I average about 1200-1300 depending on their health. It's too slow to do anything to anybody. Yes I know it won't happen, but still...I wish it.

Yes, please.

Coven Scry?
Yes? It would be such cool rp... "An image of blah person at blah place coalesces within a shadowy/silvery pool".
It could also reveal the room that the person is in, while I'm being shamelessly optimistic.
Also, that being mounted on wiccan brooms is equivalent to waterwalk.

What would be wrong with wearing other types of armour? I just find the entire idea of greatrobes/plate being the only types of armour used to be...lame. Give Kephera leather armour, if that's what you're concerned about You could even have different types of armour for different areas...so Wiccans could wear chainmail for the head, but only scalemail everywhere else.
(Oh, and with 17 int and Nightkiss, I average about 1200 damage. And that's if my target doesn't lolbreathe )
Shiri2007-11-14 01:59:49
Yeah, I bet if your opponent heartstops or aqua bubbles themselves beforehand your damage gets reduced, too.
Unknown2007-11-14 02:00:34
Psh, some people know how to abuse HoldBreath against SDs well. Eh, Krellan?
Xiel2007-11-14 02:05:36
Not sure if this has been put up yet, but for fist sigils attached onto things like athames/cudgels/staves to reset to the inventory of the owner rather than going away with the decaying of the weapon it is attached to.

Was a no-go last time it was envoyed, as I remember it. It is a nice wish, though.

Well, you could manually assign each book a tag depending on the city/commune it came from. For instance SCH_MAG or LIT_GLO. That's how Magnagora's library keeps track of it anyway.

It's not so much that I'd like to keep track of which books are from where, but that it would save me a -lot- of time when looking at books for submission.

Um... champ cudgel and 18 int gets me about 800 damage, 1000ish if they've got no robes.
Now I know what I wish for. Druids to be able to fight outside our demesnes as well as mages with psionics do, and to be able to meld the other org's Ethereal area. Also monks.
And nerf magic damage.

I wish that everyone, not just the Trademaster, could see the official list of all the different kinds of designs available within each category of a tradeskill. I want to know all the different things that cooks can make within each category. I know, I can get a good idea of it by looking at the recipes, but I want to see the actual list so I don't just have a good idea - I've got the facts! For that matter, I wanna be able to look at the list of accepted commodities too, which I think only the Trademaster has access to.
(Cause, from my experience, getting a Trademaster to post this information on the Cartel's news board is like pulling teeth! )

Oh why the hell not, I'll say it too.
I want Mag monks.

I think there is a helpfile that lists commodities so you don't have to be a trademaster to see them. I'm not entirely what is is (or if it exists! but I think it may) but at any rate, save this as a text file for yourself:
AVAILABLE COMMODITIES
alligator, amethyst, angel, arnica, beryl, bloodstone, bluetint, buck, bull,
calamus, chervil, cloth, coal, cockatrice, coeurl, colewort, coltsfoot, coral,
cow, crab, crowfeather, crystalegg, deer, demon, diamond, dracnari, dreamleech,
dwarf, ear, eggs, elfen, emerald, fae, faeleaf, figurine, firegem, fish, flax,
fruit, furrikin, galingale, garnet, gems, gold, goldtint, grain, greentint,
