Note: If nature has no opposite, the blessing effects should be neutral as otherwise there would be no way to negate the effect.
* Minor - No ocean waves or Earth plane earthquakes.
Minor - Twice as many commodity quest animals in the land while the blessing is in effect. (twice the normal amount of cows, rockeaters, chickens, etc.)
Minor - Bless an environment type to cause herbs to grow faster in it
* Lesser - Bless an herb to double its growth rate, or to increase lumber production per mulched/chopped tree in that period.
Lesser - Poisonists are able to produce more poison from animal corpses. (how much more ?)

Major: To negate the damage a Mage's demesne does to herbs for the time that the blessing is in effect.

I do not like the city powers. They're too similar and it doesn't really solve the fact that discretionary powers need to be toned down -period-. I want the city powers to be much more unique to each specific city. Forget discretionar powers. That's the wrong way to go. Something like...
Mag: Create some super army of skeletons to ravage the world and obliterate everything in an undead scourge and then throw notebooks around to other worlds because they're bored.
Celest: Send angels around to purge evildoers and selectively bring everyone to Celestia or Nil based on their religious beliefs. The angels could also be nuclear weapons aimed at blasphemers.
Serenwilde: A special area for mudsex where no one else can go or scry or otherwise spy on
Glomdoring: A bathtub big enough for the entire commune to slit their wrists and commit suicide successfully.
These are just rough ideas, but their uniqueness and balance far outweigh that of "yay super discretionary OR yay kill other people's discretionary!" Feel free to tweak as you all choose to.

I actually have a question about these racial blessings do they effect everyone of that race or just that race in your organisation, also do these blessings stack (eg say Aesyra and Ashteru play to bless the faeling race do faelings get double benefits)
Second point, if you are going to have blessings for certain tradeskills then shouldn't every tradeskill get blessings so things are more fair. (like less power usage for enchanting and alchemy, less commodity usage for the artistry ones.)

The first, I believe - though I could have read it incorrectly and misunderstood - that it's for everyone of that race.
The second, those are just ideas people have come up with to go into each category... and people haven't come up with ideas for the other trades yet is all. I'd plug your two in, but you didn't indicate which category it'd go in... so it makes it hard. Unless you want me to pick for you?

*shrug* I suppose knowledge for the artistry ones, I was not at all to serious since I do not know what would help tradecrafts (I have not done my tradeskills for profit for 5 to 6 months)
And to be honoust I hope they do not implement blessings related to tradeskills.
