I don't have an Uber TV, I keep my crap simple. That way when I am on the run, I can drop off all my stuff at Deschain's house, and then he, Raiha and I can elude the feds, while they smuggle me out in a trunk on a Russian frieghter bound for Dublin.

Anyways, yeah I keep things simple.

I am just such a PS2 fan, supporting the Xbox would be blasphemous, yet, the only reason I stuck with PS was because of GTA anyways, and since Xbox will be releasing that as well.... I may as well get it.... -shrug-

I recently got a PS3 too, partially b/c my dad wants the blu-ray feature and we have the TV for it. The games are OK so far... it's nice being able to download free demos directly on the system though. I haven't noticed much loud noise coming from the system either, and I don't know if it overheats because I don't really put my hands on it But yeah it's pretty and the PS Home that's coming out in March looks neat.

My parents are Russian spies, so half the plan is already into effect.

And yeah, the PS2 is great, I still have a ton of amazing games I've not beaten yet. PS3 just not so much, but when I'm at home I see my brother playing his 360 all the time, and I wish I had one.

The 360 can download free game demos too, I don't think you even need to pay for the service to do it (Xbox live silver membership is free)

I believe you can. I really only wanted the playstation series for Final fantasies. I had to stop at FF9 since I never got a PS2 or above

The XBox 360 is superior to the PS3 as far as specs are concerned, and with Sony losing a lot of exclusive contract rights, it's looking like Microsoft learned from it's mistakes with the original XBox. The main thing the PS2 had going for it was it's library of games, which was massive when compared to the fairly wimpy XBox catalog. This time around, it doesn't look like that's going to be a problem.

I'd go with the 360.
