Guide credits, OOCly bought credits (via trans-game trade or actual monetary purchase), and artisanal credits are all OOC, and are transferable between alts, according to some helpfile I can't find at this moment.
I thought so. That being the case, in my mind anyway, it seems that submitting entries for two different alts would be fine. But then, I'd prolly rather have Admin confirmation before actually doing so.

You can always resubmit a work that lost last month. Sometimes it might even win the second time around.

Ironic or not, I was just looking this up for my own purposes so that I could be ABSOLUTELY SURE before transferring my recent prize elsewhere.
Cheers.
